Unsafe Memory marshal fails on IL2CPP backend
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download 1146277_repro.zip and open "SampleScene" scene
2. Build project for Standalone IL2CPP
3. Launch player and click button
Expected results: the returned result is 13
Actual results: the returned result is 0
Reproduced with: 2019.3.0a2, 2019.2.0b1, 2018.4.0f1, 2018.3.14f1 2018.3.0b5
Not reproducible with: 2018.3.0b4
Regression introduced in: 2018.3.0b5

- not reproducible on mono backend
