"Unknown format" is thrown when importing DDS files
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "ImageImport.zip"
2. Right mouse click on Assets/r8.dds in the Project window
3. Click "Reimport"
Expected results: No errors are thrown in the Console window
Actual results: "Unknown format" is thrown
Reproducible with: 2021.3.46f1, 2022.3.53f1, 6000.0.28f1, 6000.1.0a5
Reproducible on: Windows 10 22H2
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
