[UniversalRP][Template] The template scene turns into white or green color after platform is changed to Android
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new "Universal Render Pipeline" template project
2. Switch platform to Android
3. Observe the scene
Expected result: No visual issues
Actual result: Scene turns into white (macOS) or green (Windows) color
Reproducible: 2020.1.0b1
