[Universal RP] Materials are not updated when upgrating project to later stream
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Observe "ExampleScene-Player" and "ExampleScene-Sprites" scenes
3. Close the project and open with latest any of latest 2019.4, 2020.1, 2020.2
Expected result: The objects are rendered the same
Actual result: Objects are rendered in white
Reproducible with: 2019.4.0f1(4.6.0 LWRP) , 2020.1.0b13, 2020.2.0a14 (8.1.0 LWRP)
Notes:
- Original project version 2018.3.0f2, assets were successfully updated to 2018.4.21f1 (4.6.0 URP) version
- Materials are fixed by resetting material (right-click on objects material (in the Inspector) -> "Reset")

Resolution Note:
Shader Graph was in Preview in 2018.4 and upgrading from that version is unsupported. Versions from 2019.1 on are fully supported for upgrading.
