UnityWebRequest.url and UnityWebRequest.uri is not updated when request is redirected in WebGL
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached "Redirect.zip" project
2. Build and run the project for WebGL
3. Observe the player and console
Expected result: video is played, destination url is logged in console
Actual result: video is not played, original url is logged in console
Reproducible with: 2020.3.18f1, 2021.1.20f1, 2021.2.0b11, 2022.1.0a8
Could not test with: 2019.4.30f1 (UnityWebRequest error)
Note: not reproducible in the Editor or other core platforms
