Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Unity project
2. Inspect Console
Expected: no errors appear
Actual: UNITYTLS_X509VERIFY_FLAG_EXPIRED errors appear
Reproduced in: 2019.2.21f1, 2019.3.14f1, 2020.1.0b8, 2020.2.0a11
