UnityEvent doesn't handle inheritance in method arguments
To reproduce:
1) Open the attached project
2) Load infectionUI.unity
3) Click play
4) Click 'Video'
5) Observe in the console that an ArgumentException has been thrown; Unity is trying to call a method that expects a MenuController, but it is being passed a VideoOptionsMenuController. This should be valid because VideoOptionsMenuController is derived from MenuController.
