No Prompt to restart the Editor appears when Changing Active Input Handling via Project Settings Presets
Steps to reproduce:
- Open any Project
- Navigate to Edit > Project Settings > Player
- At the top right corner of the Window click the Preset menu icon and select "Create new Preset"
- In the Player Project Settings set "Active Input Handling" to "Input Manager (Old)" and restart when prompted
- In the same Player Project Settings click the Preset button again and select your created Preset
- Observe the "Active Input Handling" field
Actual results: Field is set to previous Active Input Handling option, user is not prompted to restart
Expected results: Users are prompted to restart when changing Active Input Handling
Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.70f1, 6000.3.11f1, 6000.4.0b12, 6000.5.0a8
