Unity with the Mixed Reality Portal set in simulation mode leads to a crash at ReadWriteLock::WriteLock
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open the Main scene
3. Switch platform to Windows Store
4. Play the scene (make sure what Mixed Reality Portal set in simulation mode)
5. Observe the native crash
Actual results: Unity crashes
Expected results: Unity crashes
Note:
With 2017.2.0f3/2017.2.0f3MRTP does not crash the Editor but fails to start in Mixed Reality Portal
Reproduced with: 2017.2.0f3, 2017.2.0f3MRTP, 2017.3.0b6, 2018.1.0a1

I have the same issue; if I build the scene, and open it, it opens in Mixed Reality Portal without problem, but in Play Mode cannot; sometimes Unity crashes, sometimes nothing happenins in Mixed Reality Portal, sometimes, the portal wants to open it but the app crashes (not the portal).
