[Unity Transport] Assertion failed error is shown when creating NetworkDriver or accessing NetworkEndPoint.AnyXX property
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "UnityTransportAssertIssue-2021.1.zip"
2. Open SampleScene
3. Click Play
Expected result: No Console errors are printed
Actual result: Two Assertion Failed errors are printed
Reproducible with: 0.8.0-preview.8 (2021.1.9f1, 2021.2.0a18)
Not reproducible with: 0.3.0-preview.6 - 0.6.0-preview.7 (2019.4.27f1, 2020.3.11f1, 2021.1.9f1, 2021.2.0a18), 0.8.0-preview.8 (2020.3.11f1)
Could not test with: 0.2.0-preview.4 - 0.2.4-preview.0 (Network Driver does not exist), 2018.4.34f1 (Unity Transport not supported)
