Unity stops responding when script file does not have permissions
Repro steps for Windows:
1) Open the attached project
2) In File explorer select the script in project Right Click->Properties->Security->Edit->Select users and check Deny full control.
3) Try to open Enity and view that particular script file OR change the permission while Unity is open and click on the file
4) Notice the Editor freeze
Reproduced in: 5.3.0f2; 5.2.3f1; 5.1.4f1
