Unity resizes the image in Texture Import Settings after installing UI Toolkit
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user's attached "TextureBrowseIssue-2021.1.zip" project
2. Go to Window > General > Project
3. Observe the image in "MyTexture" Texture Import Settings
Expected result: Image in Texture Import Settings is the default size
Actual result: Image in Texture Import Settings is really small
Reproducible with: 1.0.0-preview.16 (2020.3.17f1, 2021.1.18f1)
Not reproducible with: 2021.2.0a1, 2021.2.0b8, 2022.1.0a5
Could not test with: 2019.4.29f1 (UI Toolkit not supported)
