Unity keeps drawing Inspector header when selecting certain assets
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the "PerformanceIssue.zip" project from the Google Drive
2. Navigate to the 'Assets/Data/Test Suite/Test Cases/Enemy/Basic Wave Movement' folder
3. Select any asset with the Inspector open
4. Attempt to select another asset or change the asset through the Inspector
Expected result: no noticeable performance issues
Actual result: noticeable poor performance in the Editor
Reproducible with: 1.18.15 (2021.1.17f1)
Not reproducible with: 1.18.11, 1.18.13 (2021.1.17f1)
Could not test with: 1.18.9 and below (version reverts to 1.18.11), 2019.4.29f1, 2020.3.16f1, 2021.2.0b7, 2022.1.0a5 (errors after downgrading or upgrading project)
