Unity incorrectly identifies a Managed Plugin as a Native Plugin
To reproduce:
1) Open attached project
2) Inspect "Assets\Plugins\NationalInstruments.DAQmx.dll"
Expected: Its type is shown as Managed (you can use ILSpy to see that it is a Managed plugin)
Actual: Inspector shows plugin's type as Native
Reproduced in 5.4.0f3, 5.5.0p4, 5.6.0b3
