Unity Hub crashes due to "Error: Failed to load image from path '...\Unity Hub\...\trayIconWindows.ico'" when opening the Unity Hub
How to reproduce:
1. Install Unity Hub
2. Open the Unity Hub
Reproducible with: 3.5.1
Reproduced on: Windows 10 64bit
Not reproduced on: No other environment tested
Note: The issue was not reproduced locally by CQA and could be a system/setup-specific issue
