Unity freezes/crashes importing 70mb png spritesheet into 5.4
Steps to reproduce:
1. create new unity project
2. import attached png
- freezes/crashes
Reproduced: 5.4.0b21, 5.4.0b14
Not reproducible: 5.3.5p1, 5.2.5f1
