Unity Editor update checker ignores new Unity version when opened in Unity 2019.3.0f5
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project or open an existing one
2. Open the Unity Editor update checker (Help -> Check for Updates)
Expected result: Update to Unity 2019.3.0f6 is suggested
Actual result: No update is suggested
