Unity Editor displays Bug Report window when creating a project from inside the Editor
How to reproduce:
1. Open Unity
2. Create a new project
3. Create a new project through File menu
Expected result: Unity opens a new project
Actual result: Unity opens a new project and shows Unity Bug Reporter window
Reproducible with - 2017.3.0a6, 2017.3.0p1
Not reproducible with - 5.6.5f1, 2017.1.3f1, 2017.2.1p1, 2017.3.0a5, 2018.1.0b1
