Unity Editor crashes when exiting editor or saving/playing scene after Instantiating child Prefab
How to reproduce:
1. Launch attached project "repo_101985"
2. Launch Tool "Generate Prefab" located in Editor's Tools bar -> Tools tab -> GeneratePrefab
3. Wait until it finishes generating prefabs and a dialog box appears
4. Exit Unity Editor
Expected result: Unity Editor exits without any errors
Actual result: Unity Editors crashes
Reproducible with: 2017.1.3p3, 2017.2.2p3, 2017.4.1f1, 2018.1.0b13, 2018.2.0a8
