Unity Editor crashes when changing HDR value of emission color
How to reproduce:
1. Open user's attached project
2. Select "M_Lights_Emissive.mat" inside the Project window (Assets -> Materials)
3. Open HDR window for Emission color
4. Change Intensity by clicking -1/+1 (Usually you need to click around 10 - 20 times)
-Observe the crash
Reproducible with: 2019.1.11f1, 2019.2.0b10, 2019.3.0a10
Could not test with: 2018.x, 2017.4.x (errors/ no HDR)
