Unity crashes while uninstalling VSTU
Reproduction steps:
1. Open any Unity project
2. Uninstall VSTU 2015
3. Agree to automatically close Unity
Expected: Unity is closed
Actual: Unity crashes
Reproduced on: 5.5.0a6, 5.5.2f1, 5.5.4f1, 5.6.1p1, 2017.1.0b9, 2017.2.0a3
Not reproduced on: 5.4.5p2, 5.5.1p2, 5.6.1p2
