Unity crashes when trying to create a project in a folder that requires elevated priviledges while not running as Admin
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the unity launcher
2. Attempt to create a project in a folder that requires elevated priviledges (C:/Program Files/)
Result: Crash
Expected result: situation is handled properly and an error message informing the user that doing so requires elevated priviledges should be shown
Reproduced on 5.6.4p1, 2017.1.2p1, 2017.2.0p1, 2017.3.0b8, 2018.1.0a3
Notes:
- Sometimes no crash happens, the Editor does not launch but the Editor and CrashHandler processes continue to run (viewable in the task Manager)
