Unity crashes when EditorUtility.UnloadUnusedAssetsImmediate is called inside of OnWillCreateAsset/OnWillSaveAsset

Reproduction steps:
1. Open user's attached project
2. In the Hierarchy window, create Empty GameObject (or any other GameObject)
3. Drag it to the Project window

Expected result: Prefab is created or the error appears
Actual result: Project crashes

Reproducible with: 2018.4.30f1, 2019.4.17f1, 2020.2.2f1, 2021.1.0b2

Note: Reproducible when creating a Prefab
