Unity crashes when cursor is moved quickly in the scene view
Steps to reproduce:
Check the 'crash.swf' file I attached to see how it reproduces or:
1. Open any project (new project for simplicity)
2. Ensure that scene view is open
3. Quickly move your cursor around in the scene view
4. Unity editor should crash
Note: The bug seems to be reproducible only when DX11 is enabled. If DX9 is used it doesn't reproduce.
