Unity crashes after changing graphics API from DX11 to DX9
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. Close it
3. Delete "Library" and "Temp" folders
4. Open that project
5. Go to Player settings and uncheck the "Use default graphics API for windows" checkbox
6. Drag DirectX9 above DirectX11
7. Notice Unity crashing (in some cases it freezes)
Note: If you don't delete "Library" and "Temp" folders after creating a new project, the issue won't reproduce
Reproduced with: 5.4.0f3
Not reproducible with: 5.2.4f1, 5.3.6p2
