'Unity answers' and 'Unity forums' open the same website in the bug reporter
How to reproduce:
1. Create and open a new project
2. Press Help > Report a Bug…
3. Observe the suggested links (press on the 'Unity answers' and 'Unity forums' links)
Expected result: Only one link to the website exists, or both links forward to different websites
Actual result: Two links exist, which are forwarded to the same website
Reproducible in: 2022.3.64f1, 6000.0.52f1, 6000.1.11f1, 6000.2.0b9, 6000.3.0a1
Reproduced on: Windows 11 Pro (24H2)
Not reproduced on: No other environment tested
