Unity 5.6.1p4 platform download links are broken
To reproduce:
1. On any project, go to Build Settings...
2. Select any platform that requires downloading (excluding Xbox One) and click Open Download Page
Expected: browsers starts downloading selected package
Actual: browser presents error messages (check pictures attached)
Reproduced in: 5.6.1p4
Not reproduced in: 5.4.5p3, 5.5.4f1, 5.6.1p3, 2017.1.0b9, 2017.2.0a4
Note: Xbox One link is working fine
