Unity 5.0 takes longer at building scenes with thousands of empty gameobjects
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Add the target to the build settings.
3. Build. This takes about 5 minutes or more. (Building the same scene on 4.5 takes less than 30 seconds)
This works fine in 4.5.4p2

Latest issues
- Universal 3D Sample project template takes a very long time to build.
