[UNET] SyncListStruct is not synchronized after reconnection
Steps to reproduce:
1) open users attached project
2) build and run as host
3) press key '1' several times
4) join as client from editor and click key '1' again
Actual: Error gets logged in console and List does not get synchronized
Expected: when client join the list is synchronized
