[UNET] OnClientConnect doesn't get called when Time.timeScale is 0
Steps:
1. open the project
2. build the project
3. run one as host and other as client
- green dot represents whether the game is paused (starts paused)
- when the client connects and host is paused, the client will not have players updated until the host unpauses
