[UNET] Client scatters Networked Prefabs with children and NetworkIdentity
Steps to reproduce:
1. open user attached project
2. open scene "TheScene"
3. build and run (HOST)
4. in the editor switch to "LoginScene"
5. join as client from editor
Actual: client scatter objects randomly
Expected: they shouldn't be moved
