UndoPropertyModification currentValue returns null when changing Material's properties in the Inspector
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project's Scene labeled "SampleScene"
2. Open the Animation Window (Window->Animation->animation)
3. In the Hierarchy, select the "Cube" GameObject
4. In the Animation Window, press the record button
5. In the Inspector, fold out the Material's properties
6. Change the Material's slider values
Expected result: UndoPropertyModification.currentValue doesn't return null
Actual result: UndoPropertyModification.currentValue returns null
Reproducible with: 2018.4.36f1, 2019.4.27f1, 2020.3.12f1, 2021.1.12f1, 2021.2.0b1

UndoPropertyModification.currentValue should now returns valid PropertyModification
