Undoing Add Component action on Canvas changes UI object positions depending on Anchor Presets
To reproduce:
1. Download attached project "taestset.zip" and open in Unity
2. Open "Controls" scene
3. Select "Canvas" in Hierarchy
4. Add any component to "Canvas" in the Inspector (e.g. Mask)
5. Click Edit > Undo or Ctrl + Z
6. Observe that UI object position changes after undoing "Add Component" action on the Canvas
Notes:
- This issue appears both on Windows and OSX
- This issue happens if UI object Anchor Preset is not centered
Reproduced on Unity 2018.1.0f2, 2018.1.4f1, 2018.2.0b8 and 2018.3.0a1
Not reproduced on Unity 2018.1.0f1
Regression on Unity 2018.1.0f2
