Undocked windows doesn't get scaled when moved to different scaling monitor
To reproduce:
1. Undock console
2. Move console window to another monitor
3. Observe that console window doesn't get scaled
4. Move editor to another monitor
5. Move console window
6. Notice that console window gets scaled
Reproducible with 4.7.0f1-5.4.0b9
