Undo stack is desynchronised when undoing changes in Play Mode and resetting the Scene by exiting it
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project using the default 3D template
2. In the Hierarchy, create two GameObject
3. Enter the Play Mode
4. Press the undo shortcut to remove the previously created GameObject (CMD/CTRL + Z)
5. Exit the Play Mode
6. Press the undo shortcut again
Expected result: Last created GameObject is removed from the Hierarchy
Actual result: Previous to last GameObject is removed from the Hierarchy
Reproducible with: 2018.4.35f1, 2019.4.27f1, 2020.3.9f1, 2021.1.8f1, 2021.2.0a17
