[Undo][RectTranform] Changing position of RectTranform and undoing it resets RectTransform
To reproduce:
1. Open project attached by the user
2. Open scene "scene" and select GameObject "Handle" (Canvas-> Slider-> Fill Area -> Handle)
3. Switch to rect tranform ( press T key)
4. Note rect transform settings.
5. Move anchor circle and undo it (ctrl + z)
6. Note changes in rect transform
Expected : Rect transform position is restored without resetting Rect transform
Actual : Rect transform is reset
Reproduced with: 5.5.0f3, 5.5.1f1, 5.6.0f3, 5.6.0p3, 2017.1.0b3
