Undo only works on some file types in Project window when creating new files
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new project
2. Create a Material in the Project window (does not matter if a name is added and the asset de-selected)
3. Undo (ctrl/cmd + z)
Expected result: the Material gets removed
Actual result: the Material does not get removed
Reproducible with: 2020.3.18f1, 2021.1.20f1, 2021.2.0b11, 2022.1.0a7
Not reproducible with:
Note: the behaviour is inconsistent between different file types, with some files undo works and with others, it does not. For example, a new Scene file can be undone, but a Material file cannot.
