Undo a slider undoes every frame step instead of restoring value before moving it
To reproduce:
1. Open a new Unity project
2. In the Hierarchy, click on Directional Light
3. In the Inspector window, try adjusting any slider
4. after adjusting a slider, click ctrl+z or Edit --> Undo Selection Change
Expected result: slider value goes back to the one before adjusting
Actual result: slider value goes a few framesteps back. (See user's attached gif https://i.imgur.com/iRBhs4O.gifv)
Reproduced on: 2017.1.2p3, 2017.1.2p4, 2017.2.1f1, 2017.3.0f2, 2018.1.0a7
Not reproduced on: 5.6.4p4, 2017.1.2p2

Same here, where is the duplicate? The other bug (https://issuetracker.unity3d.com/issues/ui-elements-undoing-slider-doesnt-revert-to-the-value-before-you-started-dragging-it) is also marked a duplicate without link to it.
This needs to be fixed!

A very very very annoying bug. Cant imagine how this was not spotted. :( Probably 20 releases (yes, 20!) within one year is not a good way...

I can find 3 issues that indicate this problem, but all of them are marked as duplicate. The "original" one is nowhere to be found. Maybe it was marked as a duplicate for mistake too? Please, this is an important issue for editors.
