Unable to type in the Text Field when typing in UWP Build
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "IN-87383.zip"
2. Build And Run the project for UWP
3. Type "aaa" in the Text Field
Expected results: "aaa" is typed in the Text Field
Actual results: Nothing is typed in the Text Field
Reproducible with: 2022.2.3f1, 2022.3.51f1, 6000.0.24f1, 6000.1.0a2
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.45f1, 2022.2.2f1
Reproducible on: Windows 10 22H2
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
