Unable to open/upgrade any existing project to 2022.1.0a14 due to license errors
How to reproduce:
1. Create new project
2. Close the project
3. In Hub try to open an existing project again
Expected result: Project opens
Actual result: Hub shows that it is loading the project, but nothing happens
Reproduced with: 2022.1.0a14 (Hub 2.4.5 and Hub 3), 2022.1.0a16
Does not reproduce with: 2022.1.0a13
Note: Issue reproduces only if after device restart first version opened is 2022.1.0a13 and older. So far only managed do reproduce this with MacOS
Workaround: Opening version 2022.1.0a14 after device restart or deleting any unity*.sock file in your /tmp directory
