Unable to name an asset when it's just created
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Go to top menu -> Assets -> Create and select any of options (ex. Folder, C# Script, Material)
Expected result: The input field is shown bellow the asset icon and there is a possibility to write text
Actual result: The asset is created already named
Reproducible: 2019.3.0a12, 2020.1.0a1
Not reproducible: 2017.4.32f1, 2018.4.7f1, 2019.2.2f1, 2019.3.0a11, 2020.1.0a2
