Unable to lock the Scene View on an object when double pressing "F" key
Reproduction steps:
1. Download and open attached project
2. Open singlescene.unity scene
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Open Scene window and select a moving cube
5. Double press "F" key
Reproducible with: 2018.3.0a10, 2018.4.0f1, 2019.1.1f1, 2019.2.0a15, 2019.3.0a2
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.26f1, 2018.3.0a9
Expected: Scene view sticks to the moving object and view moves with it
Actual result: Scene view only focuses on a selected object without following it (just like pressing F key once)
Reproducible with both Mac and Win
