Error is thrown when exporting an android Project to the same Location twice
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "AndroidLibCopyIssue.zip" Project
2. Change the platform to Android
3. Check "Export project" Checkbox and export the Project
4. Once export finishes - export the project again to the same location
Expected Behaviour: No errors are present
Actual Behaviour: Build succeeds, but the error is thrown
Reproducible with: 2018.4.23f1, 2019.3.14f1, 2020.1.0b9, 2020.2.0a12
