Unable to agree to the terms and create a project when using linux
Steps to reproduce:
1. Install the 6000.1.0a9 Editor via the Hub
2. Create a new project
3. Observe the Hub and the "Unity Editor Software Terms" pop-up window
Actual results: The pop-up window appears and disappears instantly not allowing to agree to the terms, and the project is never created
Expected results: It is possible to agree to the terms and the project is created
Reproducible with versions: 6000.1.0a9
Not reproducible with versions: 6000.1.0a8
Tested on (OS): Ubuntu 20.04, 22.04, 24.04
Notes:
- After the initial reproduction, the pop-up window never appears again and the project never gets created even if tried again
