UIElements ObjectField value's name is not updated when modified by script
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached "project-1169221.zip" project
2. In the Editor select 'BugReport' -> 'Bug'
3. In the 'ObjectFieldNoUpdate' window select 'name' text field
4. Input 'newName' (or any other string) into the text field
Expected result: ObjectField value's name is updated
Actual result: ObjectField value's name is not updated
Reproducible with: 2019.1.0a8, 2019.1.11f1, 2019.2.0b10, 2019.3.0a10
Could not test with: 2019.1.0a7 and earlier (due to script errors)
