Multiline text field label is missing in IMGUI container for Editor controls window. Refer the attached screenshot
Steps to reproduce:
1) Open attached project
2) UIE Test Suite > Open FTP
3) UI elements > Editor controls window
Actual result: Multiline text field label is missing in IMGUI container.
Occurring in: 2019.3.0a11, 2019.3.0a9, 2019.2.0f1
Environment:
Windows 10 and macOS 10.14.
