[UI] When an object is reparented to another canvas and the child of that object is disabled, the parent is disabled as well
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open user attached project
2. Click "Reproduce"
3. Notice that the parent object "up" is disabled even though it should not be
4. Notice that "up" game object does not show up as disabled in the inspector
Expected result: parent object "up" should not be disabled
Actual result: child object "main" is disabled together with parent object "up"
Reproduced in: 2017.3.0b1, 2017.2.0f1, 2017.1.1p3 , 5.6.3p4, 5.5.4p5
