UI Toolkit's slider's handle goes out of bounds when changing the slider's width
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached "TestUpdatingSliderDraggerPosition2" project
2. Open the "SampleScene" scene
3. Enter Play mode
4. Press the "ChangeLabelWidth" button 5 times and observe the slider handle's position
Expected result: The slider's handle stays in the bounds of the slider after changing the slider's width
Actual result: The slider's handle gets out of the slider's bounds
Reproducible with: 2021.3.2f1, 2022.1.0f1, 2022.2.0a12
Couldn't test with: 2019.4.38f1, 2020.3.34f1 (Project uses "UIDocument" class which UIElements does not include in these versions)
Note: The handle seems to always move to the right with some monitors but goes back to the starting position with other monitors
