UI Toolkit TextElement changes height unpredictably when parent direction of flex is set to "row"
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project "UI Toolkit Test.zip"
2. Open Window>UI Toolkit>Test
Expected result: UI Toolkit TextElement height does not change
Actual result: UI Toolkit TextElement changes height unpredictably
Reproducible with: 1.0.0-preview.14 (2020.3.16f1, 2021.1.17f1)
Not reproducible with: 1.0.0-preview.15 (2020.3.16f1, 2021.1.17f1), 2021.2.0b7, 2022.1.0a5
Could not test with: 2019.4.29f1 (UI Toolkit unavailable)
