How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "IN-84283.zip"
2. Open Bug Examples>Popup Height
Expected results: The Popups column is the same height as the other columns
Actual results: The Popups column is taller than the other columns
Reproducible with: 2021.3.43f1, 2022.3.47f1, 6000.0.20f1
Reproducible on: Windows 10 22H2
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
